Obstetrics/Gynecology: Willmar, Minn.

ACMC Health is a multi-specialty health network in West Central and Southwest Minnesota with over 180 physicians and advanced practice providers in 40 specialty areas. We are currently recruiting for an OB/GYN to join the team of physicians in our Willmar, Minn., clinic.

Specifics of the OB/GYN department include:
  • Four OB/GYN physicians and two nurse practitioners
  • Call coverage expectations:
    • 1:4 weekend and weekday
  • Office visits average 18-20 patients per day
  • Approximately 900 births per year at Rice Memorial Hospital ~ average of 400 performed by OB/GYN department.
    • Approximately 200-250 c-sections
    • Currently doing VBACs
    • Level 2 Nursery (Level 3 at University of Minnesota or CentraCare Health)
    • 24/7 ER coverage provided by Rice Memorial Hospital
    • Medical Hospitalist program provided by ACMC
  • Practice includes:
    • Office procedures:  LEEP, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, ultrasound, ablation, essure
    • Availability to DaVinci Robotic surgery, co-management of GYN oncology, infertility (not IVF), local management of high risk pregnancy
    • Brand new state-of-the-art surgical center
    • Practice will be approximately 50 percent OB
