Pediatrician: Willmar, Minn.

ACMC Health is a multi-specialty health network in West Central and Southwest Minnesota with over 180 physicians and advanced practice providers in 40 specialty areas. We are currently recruiting for a pediatrician to join the team of physicians in our Willmar, Minn., clinic.

The pediatric department at ACMC offers general pediatric services and the ability to have both an inpatient and outpatient practice.  Specifics of the practice include:

  • In-house nurse triage service for evenings, weekends and holidays
  • 24/7 ER physician coverage
  • OB Level 2 Nursery available at Rice Memorial Hospital
  • Inpatients average 0-4 per day
  • Office visits average 15-20 per day
  • Pediatricians attend high risk deliveries
  • Built-in referral system from over 110 physicians within the organization
  • Strong alliance with the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital (MHHCH), which provides pediatric cardiology outreach services monthly.
  • Work closely with Gillette Children’s, who has an outreach clinic in Willmar. They provide orthotics services at least weekly, as well as PM&R twice per month, and pediatric neurology every other month.
  • Pediatric gastroenterology, pediatric urology and pediatric endocrinology outreach services are available within 60 miles.
