Managing Your Health Online with ACMC Patient Portal

ACMC president and CEO Dr. Ronald Holmgren and Ginny Norsten, employee support manager, took to the airwaves on KWLM Open Mic to talk about our new patient portal MyHealth@ACMC.

 MyHealth@ACMC is a secure, convenient way to manage your personal ACMC health care online. Have you signed up yet?

MyHealth@ACMC also allows ACMC patients to:

  • Review and update health history and personal profile online
  • Receive appointment reminders
  • Manage their personal health summary
  • Download, print, fax and e-mail select health information, secure messages, scanned records, appointment information and more
  • View lab and imaging results, immunizations, vital signs, family history, allergies, medications, health conditions and other personal health information

“Life is busy, our patients don’t always have time to stop into the clinic to grab an immunization record or to call during the workday to request a prescription.
